Daycare Rules and Regulations
To ensure the safety, well-being, and development of every child, we kindly request all parents and guardians to adhere to the following rules and guidelines.
1. Operating Hours
Open Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Late pickups will incur an additional charge. Please notify us in advance if you are delayed.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
Children should be dropped off and picked up on time. Inform the daycare if your child will be absent.
3. Health & Safety
Sick children must be kept at home to prevent the spread of illness. Any contagious illness must be reported to the center immediately. Children must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning.
4. Meals & Snacks
Nutritious meals or snacks must be provided (or a packed lunch should be sent, depending on policy). No outside food is allowed without prior approval due to allergies.
5. Clothing & Personal Belongings
Children should come in comfortable clothing. A change of clothes, diapers, and wipes (if applicable) must be provided daily. The center is not responsible for lost items; please avoid sending valuables.
6. Behavior & Discipline
Positive behavior is encouraged through gentle guidance and redirection. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will be addressed with parents. Consistent collaboration between parents and staff is essential.
7. Emergency Contact & Pickup
Only authorized persons (as listed on the admission form) will be allowed to pick up a child. Any change in pickup arrangements must be communicated in writing or via a verified call.
8. Medication & Allergies
Only prescribed medication will be administered with a written consent form. Parents must inform the staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
9. Communication
Timely updates and important notices will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or a notebook. Occasionally, meetings or updates may be scheduled to discuss the child’s progress.
10. Enrollment & Payments
Fees must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month. Late payments may result in penalties.
Preschool Policies and Guidelines
Standard guidelines to ensure smooth operations, safety, and clarity for both staff and parents.1. Admission Policy
Children aged 2 to 5 years are eligible for enrollment. Admission is subject to seat availability in each session. Required documents include: a copy of the child’s birth certificate, passport copies of both parents and the child, vaccination records, ID proof, and three passport-sized photos of the child.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
Regular attendance is encouraged to support consistent learning. Parents must inform the school in case of absence. Drop-off and pick-up must be done as per session timings.
3. Health & Safety
Sick children should not attend school to prevent the spread of illness. If a child falls ill during school hours, parents will be informed immediately. All staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
4. Hygiene and Cleanliness
Children are encouraged to wash hands regularly. Classrooms and play areas are sanitized daily. Diaper changing and toilet routines follow strict hygiene standards.
5. Food & Nutrition
Parents must provide healthy snacks or lunch unless otherwise arranged by the school. Junk food, sweets, and fizzy drinks are not allowed. Allergy-related information must be shared at the time of admission.
6. Uniform & Belongings
Children must wear the prescribed school uniform and closed-toe shoes. All belongings such as bags, bottles, and jackets must be clearly labeled. Toys or valuables from home are not allowed.
7. Discipline Policy
Positive reinforcement is used to encourage appropriate behavior. No corporal punishment or verbal abuse is permitted. Ongoing behavioral concerns will be addressed in discussion with parents.
8. Communication with Parents
Monthly newsletters and regular updates will be shared via WhatsApp or email. Parent-teacher meetings are conducted each term. Feedback or concerns are welcome through scheduled appointments.
9. Emergency Policy
In case of emergencies such as fire or lockdown, parents will be contacted immediately. Regular emergency evacuation drills are conducted.
10. Fee Policy
Fees must be paid according to the schedule shared at the time of admission. Late payments may attract a fine. No refunds are issued for missed days or early withdrawal unless otherwise stated.
11. Withdrawal & Transfer
A written notice of one month is required for withdrawal. Transfer certificates will be issued upon request and clearance of all dues.

We welcome children of all backgrounds and abilities, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment for all.
Fee Policies
To ensure smooth administration and transparency, the following policies apply:
1. Registration & Admission Fees
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is charged at the time of admission. This confirms the reservation of your child’s seat.
2. Tuition Fees
Fees are charged monthly, term-wise, or quarterly based on the selected program. A 10% discount applies for quarterly or term-wise payments. Full payment is due by the 5th of each month. Discounts may be offered for siblings or annual upfront payments.
3. Late Payment Policy
A late fee will apply if payments are delayed continuously.
4. Payment Methods
Fees can be paid via bank transfer, card, or cash at the center. Digital receipts will be issued for all payments.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are issued for missed classes, holidays, or mid-month withdrawals. In case of withdrawal, one month’s written notice is required. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days upon approval.
6. Holiday & Absence Policy
Fees remain payable regardless of holidays or student absences. Make-up sessions are at the discretion of management and subject to availability.
7. Additional Charges
Separate charges apply for field trips, special events, or damage to school property caused intentionally. Parents will be notified in advance.
8. Fee Revision
The center reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually, with 30 days’ prior notice to parents.
